In support to Clean Air Act 2001, particularly in one of its provisions regarding the no smoking policy in public places and utility vehicles, the Ako Bicol, Inc. printed stickers with NO SMOKING signs distributed to all business establishments, transportation facilities within and outside Legazpi City.

Coordination with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Regional Office V, and the Land Transportation and Franchizing and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) was done to facilitate the distribution of the said stickers to public utility vehicles (PUVs) seeking registration at the LTO. Through this scheme, wide dissemination of the Clean Air Act's No Smoking Policy was done and also facilitated the compliance of PUVs to one of the requirements of the transportation agency to post no smoking signs in PUVs.

Business establishments likewise cooperated by posting the NO SMOKING stickers in the entrances of their respective hotels and restaurants.
